Mr. Steve Chow has more than 30 years of human resources, people development and operational experience, from managing a workforce of 8000 to 20,000 employees. He was the senior executive in the Hong Kong Jockey Club responsible for human resources, betting operations, administration, procurement and property departments. For more than 6 years, Mr. Chow was also the HR Director simultaneously for two Hong Kong listed construction and property management companies. He has developed a unique Strategic HR and Talent Management Model with aims to deliver quantifiable values in all HR works for the companies. The Model has won a number of HR, Organization Development and Training awards in Hong Kong, Asia and America.
